Application period: March 10 - May 10, 2024

Registration Dates: August 27-28, 2024

Start of Semester: September 2, 2024 (Monday)

Required Documents:

1. Online Application Form(seal and signature are not required) 

Completing and submitting the online application at Online Application System for International Students (Dual Master Degree).

** In case that you receive an Autoreply regarding paying application fee, please ignore it, application fee and study fee are waived for exchange students.

** Refer to Online Application Guide for more detailed information. 

2. Official nomination letter from home university. Certificate of Nomination

3. Latest version of transcripts from home university.

4. Passport's information page.

5. Research interest or proposal (Master Thesis related, at least 2 pages A4).

Application Procedures:

1. All above required documents listed in 1-5 need to be combined as ONE pdf file (less than 10M) sent to your program administrative coordinator at Tongji University by email. Original paper documents are not required. The application and nomination deadline for Fall Semester is 10th May.

2. Admission decision will be sent by email on or before early July.

3. A valid student visa (X1) is required to enter China, please refer to the local Chinese Embassy or Consulate General for visa information. 

4. Registration is mandatroy for all incoming exchange students, any visa issues due to the early entry into China prior to the registration dates shall be bound by students themselves.
