On October 29, Vice Dean of CAUP Prof. Li Xiangning met with Prof. Petri Suomala, Vice President of the University of Aalto, Professor Tuomas Auvinen, Dean of the School of Art, Design and Architecture, Lina Ekholm, International Relation Manager, and Ms. Leena Plym-Rissanen, Coordinator of the International Project in the C1 meeting room. And attendant also has Mr. Yan Aihua, deputy director of the Foreign Affairs Office of Tongji University.

Prof. Li Xiangning gave an introduction of the basic situation of CAUP to the visiting guests. After that, they exchanged experiences on international education and discussed possible future cooperation.

After the meeting, Prof. Li Xiangning took a short visit to the college with the visiting guests.

Both Architecture and Landscape Department of CAUP have been conducting exchange student program with Aalto University for many years. Aalto University was founded in 2010 combined with the Helsinki University of Technology, the top European science and technology university, and the Helsinki University of Art and Design, the largest art school in Northern Europe, and Helsinki School of Economics, the first business school in Europe.
