Hanoi Architectural University (HAU) Delegation Visits CAUP

On June 29, 2026, a delegation from Hanoi Architectural University (HAU), led by Vice President Nguyen Tuan Anh and Dr. Ngo Thi Kim Dung, paid an official visit to our college to advance international academic collaboration. The reception and bilateral talks were attended by Vice President Chen Chen, Assistant Dean Tian Weijia, Yuan Jialin, Director of the International Publishing Department at Tongji University Press, as well as key staff from the college’s International Cooperation Office.
During the meeting, Vice President Chen delivered a welcome speech and elaborated on the college’s international development progress and future strategic plans. Both sides conducted in-depth discussions on faculty and student exchanges, joint curriculum development, and summer camp programs for students. Director Yuan also introduced the international publishing achievements of Tongji University Press and proposed potential cooperation in academic publication and journal exchanges.
As a key outcome of the visit, the two institutions formally signed a memorandum of understanding. The agreement lays a solid foundation for future in-depth cooperation in talent cultivation, English curriculum co-construction and joint scientific research. After the negotiation, the delegation toured the Key Laboratory of Ecology and Energy-saving Study of Dense Habitat, gaining a comprehensive insight into the college’s advanced teaching and research platforms. The visit significantly strengthens bilateral academic ties and promotes high-quality international disciplinary development in architecture and urban planning.
