Professor Gao Jun from Tongji University College of Architecture and Urban Planning (CAUP) was named an ISIAQ Academy Fellow at Indoor Air 2026, held in Singapore from June 14 to 18.
Organized by the International Society of Indoor Air Quality and Climate (ISIAQ), the conference was co-hosted by SGBC and NUS. ISIAQ Academy Fellow stands as the top international honor for scholars researching indoor air quality, healthy built environments and ventilation pollution control, recognizing outstanding global academic contributions.
Professor Gao serves as Vice Dean of CAUP, with decades of research on low-carbon living environments. He has led numerous national research projects, published over 150 papers, held more than 40 patents, and transferred 16 technological achievements. His team developed pioneering assessment and control technologies for airborne pollutants, which have been widely recognized domestically and internationally.
This honor fully acknowledges Professor Gao’s long-term research achievements and further elevates the global academic standing of Tongji’s building technology discipline.
