The lecture begins with the emergence and development of modern and contemporary Chinese architecture against the backdrop of Sino-Western cultural exchange. Using representative gmp projects—including the National Museum of China, the Suzhou Museum West, Wuxi Olympic Sports Center, the CSCEC Fourth Bureau Innovation Tower, the CHAO Hotel, and the ICCF Garden—as case studies, it interprets gmp's distinctive philosophy of designing in dialogue through three dimensions: cultural dialogue, green dialogue, and dialogue with history.
