On May 21st 2018, Prof. Danilo Palazzo, Director of School of Planning at University of Cincinnati, and Prof. Xinhao Wang, Professor of School of Planning, visited College of Architecture and Urban Planning, Tongji University. Chairman of College Council Prof. PENG Zhenwei, Director of Lanscape Department Prof. HAN Feng, Director of Urban Planning Department Prof. YANG Guiqing, attended the meeting.

Prof. PENG Zhenwei gave a welcome speech, and introduced the school structure, development strategy and international cooperation. Prof. HAN Feng and Prof. YANG Guiqing introduced more details about the two departments. Prof. Danilo Palazzo presented a general overview of the planning school at University of Cincinnati, as well as their study programs in Urban Planning and Urban Design.  Both sides had in-depth discussions on exchange possibilities of joint studio, student exchange, and dual degree program.
