On 20th May 2015, the 108th anniversary of Tongji University, nearly 150 alumni from urban construction major, architecture major, urban planning major gathered together to celebrate their 50th year of graduating. Dean Prof. LI Zhenyu and Chair of College Council Prof. Peng Zhenwei met with the alumni and made a report on the development of College of Architecture and Urban Planning.

The Urban construction major alumni, former State Minister of Construction Wang Guangtao thinks the education he took in Tongji laid a solid foundation to the future development. The alumni representative read the letter to express his feeling about reunion after 50 years.

The Architecture major alumni recalled their old days together, they also visited the college library, the building C basement.

The Urban planning major alumni says that the 108 graduates from 65th urban planning major are as 108 heros, they made so much contribution the construction of the country. The former teachers also came to the meeting and they wish the best for all the alumni.
