2024 Fall Semester (For Non-Degree Exchange Students) !!!!!

Registration Dates: August 29-30, 2024

Required Documents:

1. Send Nomination List.xlsx to caup@tongji.edu.cn.

Nomination deadline for Fall Semester: May 10th.

Nomination deadline for Spring Semester: November 15th.

2. Completing and submitting the online application at Online Application System.

** In case that you receive an Autoreply regarding paying application fee, please ignore it, application fee and study fee are waived for exchange students.

** Refer to Online Application Guide for more detailed information. 

3. Application form(seal and signature on the form is not required)

4. Passport's information page.

5. Copy of Bachelor's Degree Certificate, in case applying for category of Master Student.

6. Study Plan.

7. Latest version of transcript from home university.

Application Procedures:

1. All above required documents listed in 1-7 need to be combined as ONE pdf file sent to: caup@tongji.edu.cn. 

Application deadline for Fall Semester: May 15th.

Application deadline for Spring Semester: November 15th.

2. Admission decision will be sent by email on or before early July.

3. A valid student visa (X1 or X2) is required to enter China, please refer to the local Chinese Embassy or Consulate General for visa information. 

4. Registration is mandatroy for all incoming exchange students, any visa issues due to the early entry into China prior to the registration dates shall be bound by students themselves.
