Abstract:

If we should take the effects of climate change seriously, then many things will need to change in the way we live and build. We will have to review the rate at which we consume things: from the ground surface to materials and skilled labor. There are also potential consequences for the way we reuse buildings, recycle materials and redesign cities. How ready are we for these and many other changes?
