Lectures on Selected Contemporary China Urban Issues Lecture 3

Abstract:

Urbanization is an inevitable trend of the country’s social and economic development, however the impact of different modes of development on the socio-economic aspects is very different. This lecture is on the basis of clarifying problems of China's new urbanization process and analyzing existing problems, and interprets policy objectives of China's new urbanization, in the end, it proposes paths and implementation strategies for integrated urban-rural development and promotion of new urbanization.
