Release time:2025-10-30

On October 24, 2025, a delegation from France's École Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture de Paris-Belleville (ENSAPB) visited our College of Architecture and Urban Planning for a bilateral exchange meeting focused on architecture and urban planning, aiming to deepen cooperation in academics, research, and talent cultivation.

The French team, led by Dean Christine Leconte, was warmly welcomed by Vice Dean Yuan Feng. Since 2005, the two colleges have run a dual-degree program, fostering numerous talents with international and professional qualities, and achieving notable academic and practical results.

A signing ceremony for the Sino-French MAGE Chair was held, marking comprehensive cooperation in urban transport, architecture, and metropolitan development. Future plans include joint research, workshops for idea exchange, and improved teacher-student communication.

Both sides also reviewed past cooperation and discussed management issues of the dual-degree program, proposing solutions to optimize its operation and enhance educational quality. The delegation toured the college, viewing the 2025 Digital Futures workshop results and the Wind Rises, Water Flows exhibition.

Moving forward, the two colleges will expand cooperation areas and deepen ties, promoting academic and industry progress in architecture and urban planning, and contributing to Sino-French cultural and academic exchanges.
