On September 22, 2025, Professor Fu Guohua will meet with teachers and students, bringing along his new book Stories Behind 100 Designs. Our college will host a photo exhibition and a new book launch event at the exhibition hall on the first floor of Building B in the College of Architecture and Urban Planning, Tongji University.

Professor Fu Guohua is an alumnus of Tongji University's 1984 graduating class and a professor at McGill University in Canada. As an influential practitioner in the fields of art and architectural design, he has long been committed to promoting educational and cultural exchanges between China and Canada. In 2021, he was honored with the Shanghai Magnolia Memorial Award.

On the day of the launch event, the Tongji University Fu Guohua International Architecture Education Fund will also be inaugurated. This fund aims to establish a high-caliber global platform for architectural education collaboration, further deepening and broadening the internationalization of the discipline, and enhancing Tongji University's global influence in the field of architecture and urban education.
