Topic
Integrating Research and Design
This talk first explores what research is, and what design is. It then demonstrates how acoustic and soundscape research can enhance architectural and urban design through two case studies. Finally, following a brief introduction of UK architectural education system, a series of examples are given on research-based architectural design.
