SHISUO Design Office was established in 2023,founded by Sanif and Chang Shan. Their practice types are rich and diverse——the Somekh Building Renovation focus on reconstructing its Archaeological Stratifications; the Coffee Shed of Lu Xun Park reflects the contemplation of the relationship between the artificial and the natural；the Breeze Hall places people's lives in a threshold between the sacred and the mundane; In product design, the focus is on redesigning everyday items, expecting people to find comfort, pleasure, and inspiration.They believe that in any era, authenticity is thecornerstone of resonance. Their design practice focuses on materiality、techtonic、space meaning and Genius Loci.They intentionallyaim to break boundaries,taking architecture as a theoretical starting point to explore broaders and unfamiliar fields and engaging in self-inquiry and provideresponses at diverse scales of design.
