Research Profile
Dr. Peixian Li is an Associate Professor at the College of Architecture and Urban Planning, Tongji University, China. She received her PhD and Master degrees at the University of British Columbia, Canada, and she was a visiting scholar at the University of California, Berkeley. She is mainly engaged in research related to green and low-carbon techniques and thermal comfort, and explores intelligent building operation and maintenance based on AI and data-driven methods.

 

Dr. Peixian Li has been the Principle Investigator of five research projects and participated in over 10 research projects in China, Canada and USA. She has published 40 academic papers with more than 1700 citations (Google Scholar). Two of the papers were ESI top 1% highly cited papers and one paper was awarded the Best Paper in Building and Environment in 2018. Dr. Peixian Li served as a reviewer for more than 10 international journals and a guest editor for two international journals.
