Dr. Yanbo LI is a Doctor of Engineering (History and Theory of Architecture), Associate Professor and Doctoral Supervisor in College of Architecture and Urban Planning at Tongji University. He was a visiting researcher at University of California, Berkeley, a visiting professor at University of New South Wales, Postdoctoral Fellow at School of Economy and Management at Tongji University. He is a National Registered Architect of China since 2008. He was the convener and panel member of Students Architectural Design Competition and Thesis of the Year in the 19^th Asian Congress of Architects, a reviewer of the Natural Science Foundation of China, a member of the Architectural Society of China, a member of the Shanghai Architectural Society, the director of Shanghai Prime Smart Community Promotion Center, a member of the Institute of Mega-Cities and Elaborated Governance of Tongji University, and a member of the Think Tank of Sustainable Development and New Urbanization of Tongji University. He had been the teaching director of the design fundamental program at CAUP, and has continuously won the CAUP Students Choice Instructor Awards from 2016 to 2023. He is a guest editor of Time plus Architecture journal.
