On Wednesday afternoon, 25th  March, 2015, Prof. LI Xiangning, the deputy dean of CAUP, Prof. ZHENG Shiling, Prof. CAI Yongjie, the Head of Architecture Department, welcomed the visit of Prof. Torricelli and Prof. Bologna from the College of Architecture, Florence University. Prof. Bologna introduced in detail the organization framework, the current status and research characteristics of his college, proposing to establish a long term relationship on the academic communication and student exchange program with CAUP. Prof. LI Xiangning and Prof. CAI Yongjie also introduced the organization, program and future plan of CAUP as well as architecture department. The meeting then focused on the common issues, such as architectural conservation or construction technology that interests both sides. It was agreed that MOU and detailed agreement shall be drafted, settled and signed in the very future. The other attendees included Prof. Chen Yi, the director of Interior Design Program and Dr. ZHOU Minghao, the deputy director of International Office of CAUP.
