4月10日中午，同济大学建筑与城市规划学院70位中外学生与14位老师，驱车七小时抵达了安徽黄山市徽州区进行为期两天的“传统民居与砖雕木雕工艺”课题调研，此次调研以对传统徽派建筑的村落格局、民居样式、装饰特征等考察为切入点，对中国传统雕刻艺术（木雕、砖雕）的工艺制作进行深入了解，提高学生对中国传统艺术的感悟能力、形态创造能力，并通过在场感知体验与后续创作实践，获得对材料、结构、工艺及塑造、表现的完整认知与艺术创造中对工具及材料的驾驭能力。香港《大公报》上海分社王爱国社长和孙蕾副社长全程参与并记录了活动的全过程，他们对同济大学建筑与城市规划学院的实践教学环节给予了很高的评价。

    抵达当晚，在呈坎艺术写生基地进行了主题为“徽州夜话”的专场报告，由中外学生分组介绍徽州的文化艺术、建筑与村落空间及衣食行等特征特色，同学们生动的介绍引起了阵阵欢声笑语，活动由13级历建专业的段睿妍同学主持。11日上午，师生们参观了工艺美术大师洪建华的雕刻艺术馆，欣赏了精美的雕刻艺术作品及考察了雕刻制作工艺过程，并到当地徽派砖窑厂，详细了解了砖瓦从泥模成型到烧制的整个生产过程。下午，同学们在呈坎古村落，用笔触摸和记录村落空间和建筑特征，捕捉岁月沧桑的人文痕迹，为“徽州印象”的课题表现搜集系列素材。当天晚上，举办了“徽州夜音”的专场活动，特邀画家杜永平先生演奏了两首古琴名曲“渔樵问答”和“忆故人”，在演奏间隙与师生们交流了古琴与中国传统文化、艺术、哲学和生活等关系的话题。活动由同济大学古琴社社长也是我院13级景观专业的王萌黎同学主持。最后，规划系张冠增教授就这两天的教学实践活动做了精彩的总结。

    12日上午，同学们继续在呈坎古村落进行 “徽州印象”创作素材的收集。中午，全体师生启程返回上海。此次教学活动由设计基础教学团队与艺术教学创新基地组织，学院外办、研工办、系办与教务等部门的老师也参与了教学组织和协助。

On 10^th April, a group of 70 students (Chinese and International) with 14 teachers of CAUP leaded by Prof. Yin Jia went to Hui-zhou District of Huang-shan City for the field study of course “Brick Carving and Wood Carving”. The main subject of this trip is to recognize the “traditionalcraftsmanship and vernacular architecture in Hui-zhou”. On the evening of the 10^th, all students were divided by four groups, to give a series of lectures talking about their pre-study on four topics – the culture, art, architecture, urban characters of Hui-zhou. In the morning of 11^th, students and teachers visited the carving museum of Master Hong Jianhua, the local brick factory. In the afternoon, students were guided by Prof. Yin Jia to enter the old village Cheng-kan to do the sketches about the traditional scene of Hui-zhou architecture and village. On the night of 11^th, all people had a music night hosted by Artist Du Yongping playing the seven-string instrument which could date back to ancient China. The director and deputy director also took part in the whole trip and they gave a good compliment to the practical session of art courses in CAUP.
