擎洲光电零碳工业园区对同济大学和科隆工大公开的学生竞赛

l   项目介绍

位于东莞的LED生产商擎洲光电是一家中型企业,现征用了15,865.84平方米土地计划建设一个新的生产园区。该项目包括工业厂房、研发、专家宿舍和管理功能以及交流空间、展览、图书馆、餐饮和咖啡厅。园区可以部分向社区开放,使得双方都可以从空间和资源共享中受益。关键词是:面向未来、环境和资源友好、零碳排放、可持续性。

基地的容积率为2.5,最大可建地上面积约为40,000平方米。其中70%用于工业厂房和研发。研发包括本产业的技术孵化器(约10000平方米)、配套实验室(约5000平方米),工业厂房为其研发的试制车间(约13,000平方米)。办公室约3,000〜4,000平方米的服务区,但非强制性指标。以上面积要求均可以根据整个概念进行调整。

园区的建筑理念应包括对工业4.0空间规划的分析,零碳建筑战略以及如何建立相关基础设施,需对园区的能源供应和消耗做出阐释。单体建筑物可以示意性地呈现。

l   组织

同济建筑与城市规划学院(CAUP)和科隆科技大学(THK)共同为上述项目举办对两校学生公开的概念性建筑设计竞赛,由两所学院、CDC计划和Letaron公司提供支持。

l   奖项

本次比赛旨在鼓励更多的学生参与思考未来的工业建筑环境及其在社区中的角色,设一等奖一项5,000元,二等奖一项2000元,三等奖三项各1,000元人民币和优秀若干,均颁发证书。

l   成果提交

成果提交为一张A0竖排图纸,需使用附件中的模板文件。图纸应包括:概念阐释、象形图分析、图表、效果图、模型照片(以上无比例)和

- 园区总体规划,比例 1:1000

- 至少有一个建筑物需包括主要平面图,剖面图,立面图,比例1:200,

l   Project Introduction

The LED-producer Letaron in Dongguan is a medium-sizedcompany, who requisitioned a 15,865.84 m2 land to build a new production campus. The program shouldinclude industrial plants, R&D units, dormitory and management functions aswell as space for communication, exhibition, library, catering and a café. Thecampus site could be partly open to the community – both should benefit fromspace and resource sharing. Key words are future-oriented, environmental andresource friendly, zero carbon emission, sustainability.

With FAR 2.5 there are about 40,000 m2 max. allowed to bebuilt above the ground. 70% of them belong to the industrial plants and R&Dunits. The R&D units are considered to be technical incubators in thebranch (around 10,000 m2) with the belonging labs (around 5,000 m2).The industrial plants serve as the manufacture space of their prototypes(around 13,000 m2). The offices may take about 3,000~4,000 m2of the service area, which is not a determined indication. All the declarationscould be rearranged according to the entire concept.

The architectural concept of the campus should include an analysis of thespace program for industry 4.0, strategies for zero carbon buildings and how toestablish an infrastructure network. Energy supply and consumption of thecampus must be outlined. Single buildings could be presented schematically.

l   Organization

The College of Architectural & Urban Planning Tongji (CAUP) andTechnical University Cologne (THK) together hold a student competition for the abovementioned project. Supported by both colleges, CDC Programs and the companyLetaron.

l   Prize

The competition wants to encourage more students to take part in thinkingof future built environment for industry, its role in the community and willaward the outstanding works with one first prize for 5,000RMB, one second prizefor 2,000RMB, three third prizes each for 1,000RMB and several recognitionswith certificates.

l   Submission

To submit is one page A0 plan, upright format, using the attachedtemplate file. Includes: Concept explanations, pictograms, Diagrams, renderings,Model photos (no scale), and

-      Master plan„Industry Campus“, M 1:1000

-      At least one ofthe buildings, M 1:200 with main floor plans, sections, elevations 

The Concept explanations should be also submitted separately in an editableword file. All submissions must be sent in digital to: email add.
