课程摘要:在城市从增量发展到存量更新背景下,再开发将成为城市发展的重要形式。在空间政治经济学解析下,再开发是城市空间的使用价值和交换价值的互动。在不同规划体系和管理体制下,中国和美国城市的再开发呈现出不同的价值转换路径。本讲以上海和芝加哥为案例,讲解两个城市的中心区再开发背景、决策机制和规划作用,探讨我国开展存量规划的难点和原则。
Abstract:Today, cities have turned from incremental development to inventory regeneration. Under this circumstance, redevelopment has become an important form of urban development. From the perspective of spatial political economics, urban redevelopment is an interaction between use value and exchange value. Within the different planning and administration system, urban redevelopment in China and the United States presents different value conversion paths. Adopting Shanghai and Chicago as cases for study , the lecture elaborates redevelopment background, decision-making mechanism and the role of planning in the process to explore the difficulties and principles of inventory planning in China.
主讲人背景简介:王兰,同济大学建筑与城市规划学院规划系副教授,博士生导师。研究方向为:城市发展理论与战略、城市规划理论、国际比较研究。曾先后获得同济大学城市规划专业学士及硕士学位;美国伊利诺大学城市规划与政策博士。同时担任中国高等学校城市规划专业指导委员会秘书长,世界银行和亚洲发展银行城市发展专家以及城市规划学刊专栏编辑等职务。同时负责多项科研及咨询项目。
