讲座摘要： 

城镇化是国家社会经济发展的必然趋势，但不同的发展模式对社会经济的影响程度却大为不同。本讲座在梳理中国城镇化历程和分析存在问题的基础上，解读中国新型城镇化的政策目标，并提出统筹城乡发展和推进新型城镇化的路径和实施对策。

Abstract: 

Urbanization is an inevitable trend of the country’s social and economic development , however the impact of different modes of development on the socio-economic aspects is very different. This lecture is on the basis of clarifying problems of China's new urbanization process and  analyzing exsiting problems, and interpretates policy objectives of China's new urbanization, in the end, it proposes paths and implementation strategies of balancing urban and rural development and promoting new urbanization. 

主讲人背景简介： 

同济大学建筑与城市规划学院教授、博士生导师，现任同济大学建筑与城市规划学院党委书记。国务院政府特殊津贴获得者。兼任住建部高等教育城乡规划专业评估委员会主任委员，国际人居工程与设计学会主席（2013－2014年），中国城市科学研究会理事，中国城市规划学会小城镇规划学术委员会副主任委员，上海市城市科学研究会副理事长，《城市规划学刊》杂志编委等职。主要研究方向为城市与区域发展、城市规划与设计、城镇化发展、小城镇规划、乡村规划等，主持国家高技术研究发展计划（863计划）、国家科技支撑计划项目、国家自然科学基金等国家级重大研究课题，多次获得国家和省部级教学成果奖、教育部科技成果奖、国家和省部级优秀城市规划设计奖等奖项，发表了几十篇学术论文。
