讲座简介：

中国是世界上唯一一个老年人口规模突破2亿的国家，老年人的养老生活正在成为我国社会生活的重要组成部分。基于我国城市人口老龄化特征与城市养老格局，讲座将就以下议题展开深入探讨：

（1）城市既有住区环境的适老基础研究；

（2）养老服务设施研究；

（3）我国养老地产发展的现状与前景。

Abstract: 

China is the only country in the world who has aging population over 200 million, the life of the senior citizen is becoming an important part of our social life. Based on the characteristics and patterns of the urban elderly population, the lecture is about to explore the following topics:

(1) Basic research on urban residential environment for senior citizens;

(2) Research on care facilities for the elderly; 

(3) Current status and prospects of the development of retirement community in China. 

主讲人背景简介： 

于一凡，同济大学城市规划系教授、博士生导师，教育部新世纪优秀人才，上海市浦江人才。2003年毕业于法国高等社会科学院（EHESS），获博士学位。美国哈佛大学（Harvard）高级研究学者（2013-2014），法国巴黎索邦大学（Paris-Sorbonne）研究员。兼任中国城市规划学会城乡治理与政策研究学术委员会委员，国家老龄办智能养老专家委员会委员，住建部养老服务设施国家标准委员会委员，上海城市规划协会副会长。主持多项国家、省部级科研项目，先后获国家、省部级优秀城市规划设计奖20余项。
