讲座简介：

上海已进入了存量开发为主的内涵增长、与注重城市品质提升和活力激发的创新发展阶段，城市更新必将成为规划与建设发展的主导方向。梳理上海近三十年发展历程中具有典型意义的有机生长的城市更新与风貌保护进程，对衡山路-复兴路历史文化风貌区、外滩源地区以及田子坊等在规划管理与街区建设的不同层面、政府主导与公众推动的不同方式、具有典型意义的实践案例进行分析与思考，提出建立“更新、保护、创新”的城市有机生长理念，并以浦东新场古镇保护与更新规划战略与实施策略的研究，探索搭建政府、市场、公众的共同合作共创平台，以疏通城市公共空间脉络，小规模、微空间、多元复合、针灸式的城市修补，积极地探索和创新城市有机更新的政策与多方支撑。

Abstract: 

Shanghai has entered the innovative development stage of inventory-based organic growth. With the emphasis on urban quality improvement and vitality stimulation, urban regeneration will become the dominant direction of the Planning and Construction. Through sorting out the typical organic evolution of urban regeneration and historic block conservation in the last 30 years, the lecture analyses and reflects the typical significance of Hengshan-Fuxing Road historical and cultural District, Bund Source District as well as Tianzifang District and summarized the different levels of planning management and neighborhood construction as well as the different ways of government-led and public-promoting among the three practical cases. Then the lecture proposes the establishment of urban organic growth concept of “Generation, Protection, Innovation”. Based on the research of the Preservation and Renewal Planning and Implementation Strategies of Pudong New Town, the lecture tries to explore the ways to create a platform on which the government, market and public can work together to unclog urban public space context and repair urban space in small-scale, micro-space, multiple-composite and acupuncture-like ways. Through this platform the innovation policies and multi-support of urban organic regeneration will be actively explored.

主讲人背景简介：

王林，女，1970年7月，上海交通大学建筑系教授，城市更新保护创新国际研究中心主任，城市规划博士，哈佛大学研究学者。从事上海市城市规划管理工作16年，曾任上海市城市规划和国土资源管理局市风貌处、总规处处长、上海市城市规划设计研究院副院长。她直接参与了上海市城市总体规划、城市郊区发展战略及城市中心区滨水地区再开发等多项规划、研究及管理工作，并负责上海市历史地区与建筑的保护与更新及城市设计与规划管理工作。并曾担任她是2015年首届上海城市空间艺术季（城市更新）策展人之一，也是浦东新场实践案例展的主策展人。她在同济大学获得城市规划专业硕士与博士学位, 是同济大学兼职教授，国家历史名城保护学术委员会委员、上海市规划委员会专家委员、上海市科学研究会城市历史文化保护专业委员会主任、上海建筑学会历史建筑保护委员会副主任、城市土地学会委员。
