Abstract 摘要

The quality of complex, mixed-use andinfrastructural projects can be evaluated by the efficiency and convenience itprovides for the multiple user and transportation flows. With dynamic networksolutions the individual flows and the building enter an almost symbioticstate, where the fluid organization creates the user experience and the userexperience determines the commercial value of the whole project (24/7functionality/ operations). In two case studies these and other aspects ofTransit Oriented Design in different typology projects will be presented.

空间场景革命

Abstract 摘要

        移动互联网、物联网、共享经济全球化迅猛发展的背景下，共享空间正在改变传统建筑的单一化空间生产，传统的建筑物概念正在转置为更互联网化的“空间”概念。空间经济正在进入由个体(用户)多元需求主导的时代。互联网+共享空间，体现为从“个体”用户需求出发的高效率物理载体与平台化多元集成。

        空间场景在变革:在商业领域，电商完成了对实体商业的初级改造；在酒店领域，民宿正在取代部分酒店成为出行住宿的另一种选择；在办公领域，共享空间(联合办公等)正在迅猛的颠覆传统写字楼。

        以共享空间中的代表-联合办公为例，讲述全球发展的趋势、中国发展现状，用户需求发展的演变，以及对存量资产/未来建筑的影响。
