讲座简介：

面对作为文化遗产和大众生活空间的石库门里弄，本讲旨在廓清其“存废”议题：前半部分拟从历史视角的城市形态、住房类型和社会空间流变三方面，解析其面临冲击的内在原因；下半部分拟从当代视角的遗产价值、城市功能和再生机制三方面，解析保护再生的条件和路径。

Abstract:

In terms ofShanghai urban culture, daily life and redevelopment, Shanghai Shi-ku-menLi-long Rehabilitation is one of the most prominent issues. The lectureresponses in six aspects: its urban forms, modern housing and social spacechanges to illustrate the inherent factors of demolition threats; then theheritage values, urban needs and redevelopment shift to explain the practicalapproach to its rehabilitation.

讲座人介绍：

刘刚，同济大学建筑与城市规划学院建筑系副教授、博导。以近代形成的上海中心城区为理论和实践关注的中心，主要研究方向有：（一）城市形态学（Urban Morphology）：基于建成环境发展史的中国近代城市形态－类型学研究；（二）城市更新（Urban Regeneration）：全球城中心城空间发展策略比较研究；（三）城市设计（Urban Design）：中心城历史街区的再开发与风貌保护。
