讲座简介：
城市历史街区作为带有历史性特征的“层状地点”，是城市中最复杂的人居建成环境类型。对其认知经历着从“旧区”到“住区”的模式转变，通过单一学科对这一复杂对象进行研究也往往无法奏效。建立问题导向的、以可持续为价值底线的发展原则，需要引入跨学科的视野与方法。

Abstract:
The urban historical district featured by historical “multi-layered locations” is the most complicated built environment type in metropolitan area. The cognition mode is labeled from the “old area” to the “neighborhoods”, whilst the efforts from any single discipline are usually ineffective in studying such complex objects. It is essential to introduce trans-disciplinary scopes and methodologies for building a problem-oriented developing principle with sustainable bottomlines.

主讲人背景简介：
李彦伯，工学博士（建筑学），同济大学建筑与城市规划学院副教授、硕士生导师，同济大学管理科学与工程博士后，国家一级注册建筑师，同济大学可持续发展与新型城镇化智库成员，普方研究室主持人。研究领域为城市建成环境与历史街区可持续发展。
