讲座简介：

讲述上海近100年现代城市规划发展史，在不同的历史发展阶段，城市规划对于城市发展和走向起到的作用，尤其是改革开放之后，中国特大型城市所面临的普遍的发展轨迹，瓶颈和对策。从增量扩张到内涵提升，从物质形态到人文空间，上海的城市规划历程，也是一个城市发展价值观的演变历程。

Abstract:

The lecture tells about Shanghai modern urban planning history in the latest 100 years and the role of urban planning for urban development and the trend in different historical stages. Especially in the post-period of the reform and opening up, the general development trajectory, bottleneck and countermeasure faced by China's mega-cities. From the incremental expansion to the upgradation of connotation, from the physical morphology to the humanistic space, the urban planning history of Shanghai is also a process of value evolution of city development.

主讲人背景简介：

俞斯佳,教授,上海城市天地投资管理有限公司总裁,上海市建筑学会、上海市规划学会副理事长.曾任上海市规划和国土资源管理局总工程师，上海市城市规划设计研究院院长。从事规划设计和管理工作20余年，主管规划设计、建筑管理、历史风貌保护、市政交通管理、城市公共艺术，曾担任规划和土地系统新闻发言人。担任上海2015城市空间艺术季总执行
