建筑策划作为国际化职业建筑师的基本业务领域之一，建筑策划理论是建筑学理论的基本组成部分，多学科融合的建筑策划方法也将成为当今职业建筑师的一项基本技能。

Architectural programming is one of the basic business fields of international professional architects. Architectural programming theory has become a basic component of architectural theory. The multi-disciplinary integration of architectural programming methods will also become a basic skill of today's professional architects.

2019年春季学期建筑策划课程系列讲座的第二讲是由MAO设计/拙旅文化创始人毛厚德先生讲授的《从拈花湾到嵩山小镇、拙之岛的文化思考与商业逻辑》,即从建筑策划的角度，阐述他对于建筑与文化的思考以及项目背后的商业逻辑。

The second lecture of the series lectures of architectural programming in spring semester 2019 is by Mao Houde, the Founder of MAO Design. The theme of the lecture is the Cultural Thinking and Business Logic from Huanghua Bay to Songshan Town  and Zhuozhi Island. From the perspective of architectural programming,to elaborate his thinking on architecture and culture and the business logic behind the project.

Graduated from Tokyo Metropolitan University with Master's Degree in Architecture.

Often known as "not only architects, but also thinkers, strategists," he himself has positioned himself as a "social phenomenon builder" of the broad architect. 

He has presided over the design of Disney Sea in Tokyo, Nianhua Bay in Wuxi, Songshan Town in Greenland, Qiaojia Grand Courtyard...
