建筑策划作为国际化职业建筑师的基本业务领域之一，建筑策划理论是建筑学理论的基本组成部分，多学科融合的建筑策划方法也将成为当今职业建筑师的一项基本技能。

Architectural programming is one of the basic business fields of international professional architects. Architectural programming theory has become a basic component of architectural theory. The multi-disciplinary integration of architectural programming methods will also become a basic skill of today's professional architects.

2019年春季学期建筑策划课程系列讲座的第三讲是由华高莱斯国际地产顾问（北京）有限公司董事长兼总经理李忠先生讲授的城市规划和建筑设计中的策划思维。即在新形势下，城市规划必须用策划思维消除“本领恐慌”。围绕“城、人、产”三大方面 ，通过策划思维“聚力为形”，让城市规划成为锐利化的经济学武器！

1993年毕业于同济大学建筑系，1998年创立华高莱斯国际地产顾问（北京）有限公司并担任董事长兼总经理至今，率领团队成功为全国各地企业与政府500余项目提供顾问咨询服务。李忠先生是中国最早从事城市咨询的独立策划人，20年的群书博览，20年徒步世界200多个城市深耕考察，专注于中国城市问题探索。亲自拍摄400万张国外城市考察照片，积累专业书籍20余万册，创建业内最大最全的城市智库。

出版著作有《城市阅读》、《城市考察》等。
