建筑策划作为国际化职业建筑师的基本业务领域之一，建筑策划理论是建筑学理论的基本组成部分，多学科融合的建筑策划方法也将成为当今职业建筑师的一项基本技能。

Architectural programming is one of the basic business fields of international professional architects. Architectural programming theory has become a basic component of architectural theory. The multi-disciplinary integration of architectural programming methods will also become a basic skill of today's professional architects.

2019年春季学期建筑策划课程系列讲座的第五讲是由上海衡源集团资产管理公司总经理郭奇为先生讲授的基于项目开发的建筑策划与产业经济之联动与实操要点。即通过探讨建筑策划指导下实际项目开发案例，揭示其中所体现与实操过程中与产业经济的联动效应。

The fifth lecture of the series lectures of architectural programming in spring semester 2019 is by Guo Qiwei, General Manager of Shanghai Hengyuan Group Asset Management Company. The theme of the lecture is  Linkage and Operational Key Points between Architectural Programming and Industrial Economy Based on Project Development.

That is to explore the actual project development case under the guidance of architectural planning, revealing the linkage effect between the embodiment and the actual operation process and the industrial economy.
