讲座简介：

在我国快速城市化进程中，城市形态的塑造虽说有其客观的规律，但影响形式的决定力量并不是受形式美学所支配，而是受代表社会力量的政治、经济与文化因素所主导。本课程结合当代西方城市空间研究主要理论，尤其是新马克思主义、新韦伯主义及城市空间的全球化，通过分析上海城市更新的三个典型案例，反思“决策跟随资本、形式跟随利润”的弊端，以此阐析城市空间演变的动力机制。

Abstract:

With China’s rapid urbanization, though there are objective laws in shaping the urban form, the overwhelming force that has influence on the form doesn’t subject to aesthetics, but dominated by the political, economic and cultural factors representing the social power. Combined with the main theories studying contemporary western urban space, especially the neo-Marxist, neo-Weberian and the globalization of urban space, this course is about to analyze three typical cases of Shanghai Urban Renewal, so to reflect the false outcome of Decision Follows Capital, Form Follows Profits, and thereby explaining the dynamic mechanism of urban spatial evolution.

主讲人背景简介：

王伟强,同济大学建筑与城市规划学院教授、博士生导师，中国城市规划学会城市影像学术委员会主任委员；长期从事城市空间理论、城市设计理论及城市更新、乡村建设理论等领域的教学研究与实践工作。
