讲座简介：

  讲座首先简要回顾上海15分钟社区生活圈提出的工作背景，其次从理念、规划、行动、15分钟社区生活圈的主要内涵，再通过上海实践案例，围绕“五宜”的要求，着重介绍上海15分钟社区生活圈的工作成效。

Abstract:

  This lecture starts with a brief review of the working background of the 15-minute community living circle, then its main connotation will be analyzed from four aspects of the idea, planning, action, and subjective. Eventually, relevant achievements of Shanghai will be emphatically introduced based on the practices in Shanghai and the demands of the “five suitable” community.

主讲人背景简介：

  戴明，同济大学建筑学 博士，国家注册城市规划师。现为上海城市规划编审中心负责人，长期在上海市规划和自然资源管理局从事城市规划及土地资源管理等方面工作，先后参与上海城市历史文化遗产保护、城市更新、新城规划、土地利用和郊野单元规划等工作。
