3月31日，天气渐暖，2026年春季学期的“师生茶话会”（第四期）在傅国华建筑与城市国际教育中心（以下简称“中心”）如约而至。中心执行主任屈张、副主任谭峥、尹杰老师与来自本科国际班和英文硕士项目的30位国际生齐聚一堂，在轻松的氛围中交流近况、共话成长。

On March 31, the Peter Guohua FU International Education Center for Architecture and Urbanism hosted its fourth Spring 2026 Faculty-Student Tea Chat, welcoming 30 international students from the English-taught undergraduate and the master’s program.

活动伊始，国际生事务专员杨关为同学们送上了“干货满满”的最新校园资讯：如何预约新开放的校图书馆、清明节气的传统活动与放假提醒、春游预告等，以帮助大家快速理清学习生活节奏。

The session began with updates from YANG Guan, International Student Counsellor. She shared essential campus information, including library reservations, Qingming Festival reminders, and a spring outing preview.

针对国际生普遍关注的签证与居留许可问题，杨老师结合真实案例，生动讲解了合法居留的重要性，提醒大家及时关注签证有效期、按规定办理相关手续，为安心学习筑牢保障。

She also addressed visa and residence permit compliance, stressing the importance of maintaining legal status.

同时也在现场发起workshop主题征集，邀请同学们结合自身需求提出想法，后续将结合大家的建议规划下一次茶话会的活动内容。

She also invited students to suggest topics for future workshops.

随后，中心执行主任屈张、副主任谭峥与尹杰加入交流环节，与学生们围坐在一起畅聊。屈老师分享了本科国际班暑假小学期的具体安排和studio环境创意的想法；谭老师主要从中心合作的国际设计机构资源的角度，为学生们提供了实习机会新思路；尹老师着重介绍了学生们最关心的奖学金设立情况，鼓励同学们注重日常学术积累，多多参与志愿活动实践与论文和竞赛。现场互动热烈，同学们的问题得到一一回应，收获满满。

Executive Director QU Zhang, Deputy Directors TAN Zheng and YIN Jie then joined the conversation. QU Zhang outlined plans for the summer workshops, including studio environment building. TAN Zheng highlighted internship opportunities through the center’s network of international design firms. YIN Jie provided details on available scholarships, encouraging students to focus on academic excellence, volunteer work and competitions.

活动尾声，三位中心老师与国际事务部王梓婧老师共同为国际生颁发2025-2026学年第一学期“优秀志愿者奖”。获奖同学们接过证书时脸上洋溢着自豪的笑容，这份荣誉不仅是对他们参与校园服务、协助活动组织的肯定，更传递着学院对国际生融入CAUP大家庭、贡献力量的认可与鼓励。

The event concluded with an awards ceremony where the center directors and Ms. WANG Zijing from the Department of International Affairs presented the Awesome Volunteer Award for the first semester of the 2025-2026 academic year. The awards recognized students for their dedication to campus service and event support, celebrating their active role within the CAUP community.

茶话会在阵阵笑声中落下帷幕，同学们带着“实用信息”与“暖心期待”离开。未来，学院将继续搭建此类交流平台，助力国际生在同济的学习生活更加顺畅、充实。

The Tea Chat ended on a high note, leaving students with valuable information and anticipation for future gatherings. The college remains committed to providing platforms that support and enrich the lives of its international students.
