2016年1月24日至1月29日，由同济大学主办，建筑与城市规划学院建筑系承办，嘉定区嘉北郊野公园建设指挥部和上海现代建筑装饰环境设计研究院有限公司协办的“上海2016亚洲城市与建筑联盟同济设计营（ACAU2016）”活动顺利举行。

From Jan24 to Jan29, ACAU2016 organized by Architecture Department, and co-organized by the Construction Headquarter of North Jiading Country Park as well as Shanghai Xian Dai Architecture Decoration and Landscape Design and Research Institute succeeded in Shanghai. 

“亚洲建筑与城市联盟（ACAU, Asian Coalition of Architecture and Urbanism）”成立于2004年，成员包括首尔市立大学、成功大学、同济大学、香港大学、易三仓大学、马来亚大学和新加坡国立大学等七所亚洲知名建筑院校。以加深亚洲问题研究和强化学术纽带为目标，联盟在过去12年间在不同城市举办了6次国际设计营，获得了积极的社会反响。

Founded in 2004, ACAU (Asian Coalition of Architecture and Urbanism) concludes seven leading Asian Architecture Schools such as University of Seoul, National Cheng Kung University, Hong Kong University, Assumption University, University of Malaya, National University of Singapore, and Tongji University. Aiming for research on common discourses of Asia and the academic ties, ACAU had hold six workshops in the last 12 years previously.

“上海2016亚洲建筑与城市联盟同济设计营” 得到了7个联盟成员院校和天津大学的大力支持，共有来自亚洲不同城市的66名学生参加。本次设计营的主题是“每个人的郊野公园”，设计任务是为计划于2017年开园的嘉定区嘉北郊野公园设计一组驿站和码头设施。学生们被混编为六个小组，被要求在6天的时间内提出兼具特色和实施可能的嘉北郊野公园的驿站和码头建筑设计方案。

Altogether 66 students took part in ACAU2016, from all seven members and Tianjin University. In the six days workshop, all students were regrouped into six teams, to design a series of service stations and docks for the proposed North Jiading Country Park, with the theme “Everyone’s Country Park”.

经过五天的基地踏勘、公众海报展、学术讲座和联合设计，设计营在第六天（1月29日）于嘉定区嘉亭荟城市生活广场中庭举办了盛大的公众评图活动。以参与式设计为目标，学生们在嘉亭荟中庭向评委和公众汇报了他们为嘉北郊野公园提出的六组建筑设计与策划方案；超过三千名市民也积极参与，通过微信选出了最具人气的设计方案。在当晚举行的告别聚餐中，建筑系系主任蔡永洁教授向所有参与活动的学生颁发了活动参与证书，向所有参与高校颁发了纪念品，宣告本次设计营胜利闭幕。

ACAU2016 held its final review on the sixth day-January29, after a series of site visiting, poster exhibitions, lectures and collaborative studios. To encourage participation, the final was open to the public in the atrium of Life Hub @ Anting. When the students presented their designs to both juries and publics as a campaign, more than three thousand citizens also involved voting their favorite design via wechat. The event met its successful end, after Head Prof. CAI, Yongjie rewarded all the participating students and universities with certification and gifts.

本次设计营不但是同济大学第一次主办“亚洲建筑与城市联盟”的设计营；也是该联盟历史上第一次通过网络投票的方式当场选出获胜方案；更是上海市第一次在公共场合举办以真实项目为对象的公开评图活动。

ACAU2016 had created many remarkable first records. It is the first time for Tongji University to host the workshop; it is also the first time for the workshop to decide the People’s Choice Award via Network-voting. Eventually, Shanghai hold its first real project design presentation in the public space like the Life Hub @ Anting.
