学院简介
About the College
同济大学建筑与城市规划学院具有广泛和深厚的历史基础。目前设有建筑系、城市规划系、景观学系3个系。共有建筑学、城乡规划、城市设计、风景园林、历史建筑保护工程5个本科专业；建筑学、城乡规划学、风景园林学3个一级学科博士后流动站、博士点和硕士点。学科配置完整，专业设置齐全，为国外内同类院校中本科生、研究生招生规模最大的学院之一。建筑学、城乡规划学、风景园林学三个一级学科进入一流学科建设名单，城乡规划学（建筑学、风景园林学）、建筑学（城乡规划学、风景园林学）分别成为上海市高峰学科、上海市重点学科。在第四轮学科评估中，建筑学、城乡规划学、风景园林学均为A类。2021、2022年同济大学“建筑与建成环境”（含建筑学、城乡规划学、风景园林学）QS排名均列全球第13位。
学院在社会服务发挥了广泛独特的作用。学院教授在建筑学、城乡规划学、风景园林学相关的国务院学位委员会学科评议组、一级学会、专业指导委员会、专业评估委员会等学术机构担任重要职务；在学科发展、专业指导、政策制定和支持帮扶等方面作出了应有的贡献。
学院共发行国内国际重要影响期刊九本，其中中文学术期刊三本：《城市规划学刊》、《时代建筑》、《建筑遗产》，英文学术期刊五本：《Built Heritage》、《Architecture Asia》、《Architecture China》、《Frontiers of Urban and Rural Planning》、《Architectural Intelligence》，协办中文学术期刊一本《园林》。通过国际建造节、联合设计教学、海外访学计划、国际双学位培养、国际夏令营、国际博士生院、国际论坛和国际联合科研等一系列项目，学院形成了特有的全球化影响。
学院坚持“四个服务”，以培养人才为第一要务，以建设可持续发展的人居环境为己任，以建设处于世界第一方阵的建筑、规划、景观类院校为目标，坚持学院精神传统，加强国内国际合作，不断追求创新，努力建设世界一流学科，成为具有国际重要影响的教育和学术中心。
同济大学建筑与城市规划学院始终秉承学术民主、追求创新、勤于实践、开放合作的发展理念，现面向全球范围招贤纳士。
The College of Architecture and Urban Planning (CAUP) of Tongji University has a broad and profound historical foundation, and one of the top tier universities within mainland China. At present, there are three departments: Architecture Department, Urban Planning Department and Landscape Architecture Department. There are 5 undergraduate majors, architecture, urban and rural planning, urban design, landscape architecture, and historical architecture preservation engineering; and 3 graduate and post-doc discipline, architecture, urban and rural planning, and landscape architecture. In 2021 and 2022, CAUP ranked 13th in the QS under the catalog of Architecture and Built Environment.
Our community members have played unique roles in social service and our professors taking leadership roles in various academia institutions such as the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council, the First Level Society, the Professional Steering Committee and the Professional Evaluation Committee in the field of architecture, urban and rural planning and landscape architecture. Besides, professors also devoted themselves to provide insights in discipline development, professional guidance, and policy formulation.
At CAUP, global engagement is a long term commitment, which intergrated through our teaching and learning experiences, such as international construction festival, joint design teaching, overseas study program, international double degree training, international summer camp, international doctoral school, international forum and international joint scientific research and publication of nine domestic and international journals, including Urban Planning Forum, Time+Architecture, and Architectural Heritage, Built Heritage, Architecture Asia, Architecture China, Frontiers of Urban and Rural Planning, and Architectural Intelligence.

Research interests may involved but not limited to the follow area
建筑学：设计理论与方法、可持续的建筑和城市、城市设计研究前沿方法与技术、智能设计和数字建造、历史、理论和批评、城市更新与遗产保护、建筑技术与环境控制等。
Architecture: design theory and methods, sustainable architecture and city, cutting-edge methods and technologies of urban design research, intelligent design and digital construction, history, theory and criticism, urban renewal and heritage protection, building technology and environmental control.
城乡规划学：规划政策与城乡治理、城市更新与规划设计、城乡历史与遗产保护、健康城市科学与规划、绿色低碳与交通规划、城乡基础设施与韧性、社区与住房发展。
Urban and rural planning: planning policy and urban and rural governance, urban renewal and planning design, urban and rural history and heritage protection, the science of green city and city planning, low-carbon and transportation planning, urban and rural infrastructure and resilience, community and housing development.
风景园林学：生物多样性保护规划与管理、园林植物与城市生态系统、景观工程技术、风景园林历史与理论、景观规划与设计、景观治理等。
Landscape architecture: biodiversity conservation planning and management, landscape plants and urban ecosystem, landscape engineering technology, history and theory of landscape architecture, landscape planning and design, landscape governance.

Required Qualifications
1. 取得博士学位。
2. 年龄一般不超过35周岁。
3. 热爱中国高等教育事业，品德优良，学风严谨，具有良好的学术能力，较强的创新活力和学术发展潜力。
4. 具有良好的教学能力，能系统地讲授本学科2门以上的课程。
5. 具备运用英语进行教学和研究的能力。

2.Full-time academic teaching experiences with responsibilities for teaching minimum of 2 courses in the discipline.
3.Experience to use English for teaching and research.
4.Good academic ability, strong innovation vitality and academic development potential.
