李彦伯，工学博士（建筑学），同济大学建筑与城市规划学院副教授、博士生导师，加州大学伯克利分校访问研究员，新南威尔士大学访问教授，同济大学管理科学与工程出站博士后，国家一级注册建筑师。国家自然科学基金通信评审专家，中国建筑学会会员，上海市建筑学会会员，上海普济智慧社区促进中心主任，同济大学超大城市与精细化治理研究院成员，同济大学可持续发展与新型城镇化智库成员。普方研究室主持人，《时代建筑》杂志客座编辑。著有《上海里弄街区的价值》、《古城新生》。近期学术兴趣包括历史街区保护与再生、城市社区可持续发展、城市精细化合作治理以及近现代中国城市化。

讲座简介：

近年来我国学界关于“社区”的关注与讨论日渐密集，对其理解也处于不断迭代之中。厘清社区的概念及其在我国城市语境下的演绎，是进行价值判断与有效决策的基础。本讲座同时将在我国城市社区在不同空间形式类别中的表现、社区发展及治理、社区营造及相关实践回顾等方面有所涉及。

Abstract:

As a research objective, “community” is increasingly discussed in the academia of China, the understanding of it is also in the process of iteration. The discrimination of the concept of community and relevant acculturation in the urban context in China is fundamental for value judgment and effective decision-making in urban issues. This lecture will also involve aspects such as diverse performances of the urban community under different spatial forms, community development and governance, and community design and review of related practices.
