主讲人背景简介：

俞斯佳，上海现代城市更新研究院院长，上海市建筑学会监事长，上海市规划学会副理事长。曾任上海市规划和国土资源管理局总工程师，上海市城市规划设计研究院院长。从事规划设计和城市更新工作30年，主管规划设计、建筑管理、历史风貌保护、城市公共艺术等，曾担任规划和土地系统新闻发言人，担任上海2015城市空间艺术季总执行人。 

讲座简介：

上海与全国很多大城市一样，未来城市的发展转型面临着从增量扩张到存量发展的转变，存量资源的提质增效将是未来上海城市发展的重要途径。为实现上海2035年总体规划中确定的卓越的全球城市，令人向往的创新之城、人文之城、生态之城的战略目标，上海正在探索一种逆生长的创新发展模式和城市有机更新的道路。城市有机更新是着眼短版、修补问题治理的过程；是强调历史人文和生态修复的过程；是注重城市品质和功能创造的过程；是关注公众参与和共建共治的过程。

Abstract:

As many Chinese mega-cities, the development and transformation of Shanghai are facing the changes from incremental mode to stock mode, the improvement of quality and efficiency of stock resources is the essential approach of urban development of Shanghai in the future. Aiming at the strategic objectives of an excellent global city, charming innovative city, humanism city, and ecological city that determined in the macro planning 2035, Shanghai is exploring an innovative mode featured by inverse growth and an organic urban regeneration path, which is a process of governance of fixing problems, of emphasizing historical humanism and ecological restoration, of regarding the urban quality and functional creation, and of concerning public participation and co-governance.
