李彦伯

工学博士（建筑学），同济大学建筑与城市规划学院副教授、博士生导师，加州大学伯克利分校访问研究员，新南威尔士大学访问教授，同济大学管理科学与工程出站博士后，国家一级注册建筑师。国家自然科学基金通信评审专家，中国建筑学会会员，上海市建筑学会会员，上海普济智慧社区促进中心主任，同济大学超大城市与精细化治理研究院成员，同济大学可持续发展与新型城镇化智库成员。杨浦区社区规划师、黄浦区社区规划师。普方研究室主持人，《时代建筑》杂志客座编辑。著有《上海里弄街区的价值》、《古城新生》。近期学术兴趣包括历史街区保护与再生、城市社区可持续发展、城市精细化合作治理以及近现代中国城市化。

讲座简介：

城市更新究竟是权宜且表面化的一时之尚，亦或是城市自身之所以存在的本质特征？本讲通过对当前城市更新背景、问题、发展及挑战的讨论，展现城市更新所涉及的多样范畴，明确普世价值发展导向，从而增进对城市更新及其趋势的理解。

Abstract:

Is urban regeneration an expedient and superficial fad, or is it an essential feature of the city's existence? Through discussing the background, problems, development and challenges of urban regeneration, this lecture will show the diverse spheres involved in urban regeneration and clarify the universal value development orientation today, so as to improve the understanding of urban regeneration and its trends.
