法国国家注册建筑师、AS建筑工作室（ArchitectureStudio）上海事务所总经理兼设计总监Vincent Hannotin，带来事务所近期一系列聚焦建筑遗产修缮与改造更新的代表性项目分享。他将深入探讨如何对既有建筑进行智慧化再利用，以应对当代发展面临的核心挑战。其中标杆案例为近期竣工的法国塞尔吉-蓬图瓦兹埃塞克商学院（ESSEC Business School）校区修缮项目。这一标杆性工程，在完整保留建筑历史特质与身份内核的前提下，将上世纪60至70年代的既有建筑，改造为一座现代化、生态化的低碳校园。本次分享的核心思路，与AS建筑工作室的蓝图（Tracé Bleu）设计理念深度契合。该理念是一套系统性的设计愿景，倡导在气候危机迫近的背景下，以具备韧性、注重资源集约、可实现再生发展的方式，开展城市与建筑层面的更新干预。

Vincent Hannotin, Architect DPLG, General Manager and Design Director of Architecturestudio Shanghai, will present a selection of the agency’s recent projects focused on the renovation and transformation of architectural heritage. In this lecture, he will explore how to intelligently reuse existing buildings to meet contemporary challenges. A flagship example is the recently completed rehabilitation of the ESSEC Business School campus in Cergy-Pontoise (France). This exemplary project transforms 1960s–1970s architecture into a modern, ecological and low-carbon campus while preserving its historical identity. The presentation is closely linked to Architecturestudio’s “Tracé Bleu” (Blue Trace) approach — a systemic vision that advocates for resilient, resource-conscious and regenerative urban and architectural interventions in the face of climate urgency.
